The management’s argument does not clearly proof that tMr. Haier was being dishonest. They have arguments of the mistakes he made such as taking a second job while still employed and also doing so while still receiving States compensation. Also, they argued that his actions were against his Physicians recommendations that he was to follow to ensure he recovered. However, they failed to proof if the Grievant’s actions were intentional. He said that he wasn’t aware that it’s against the law to get a second job while receiving State compensation, and when summoned by the management, he answered all questions with honesty without leaving out important information. They failed to prove that he knowingly lied for personal gains.
